I completely understand that being in front of the camera can feel intimidating, especially if you’re a little camera-shy. My approach is relaxed and unobtrusive, focusing on creating a space where you feel comfortable and at ease, so you can simply be yourselves. From there, we create beautiful, genuine photographs that feel natural and truly you. My photography style is sentimental and romantic, balanced with a fun, sharp and colourful edge. I work primarily with natural light for a soft, flattering finish, and my edits stay true to colour with gentle, refined tones.

 

 

 

 

how the DAY goes and what to expect

Every wedding is different and timelines vary wildly. I've put together a typical wedding timeline to give you a rough idea, but please note that this is just a guide.

11am Preps - the time I arrive
1:30pm Ceremony
2pm Confetti, Drinks, Photos
4:30pm Speeches
5pm Meal
8pm Cake cutting + Party time

 

MORNING PREPARATIONS

During morning prep, I focus on capturing meaningful details like outfits, shoes, jewellery, rings and other items with sentimental value, alongside natural, candid interactions as they unfold. My approach is calm and stress-free, allowing the morning to flow naturally. I’ll also take relaxed group photos of whoever is present — parents, siblings and the wedding party - and, if time allows, a few beautifully styled portraits.

 

 

CEREMONY

During the ceremony, I work in a low-key, unobtrusive manner, blending into the background and allowing the moment to unfold naturally. I’m mindful of the space and keep movement to a minimum when needed, ensuring nothing distracts from what truly matters — the two of you and the emotions you’re sharing.

 

COUPLE PORTRAITS

I don't like keeping my couples away from their guests for too long, so I keep this session short. I usually split this into two parts - we get away for 15 minutes before the speeches when things are a little quieter and for another short 5 minutes before the evening party starts. My couple portraits are super laid-back and romantic, always fun and from what I've been told - a really enjoyable and precious time for my couples.

 

 

 

FIRST DANCE + PARTY TIME

I'll stay with you until the party is in full swing and I have enough photos of happy people throwing shapes on the dance floor!
