I am Eve Spalding, a Scotland based wedding photographer who LOVES creating beautiful wedding stories. I enjoy working with couples who have chosen to celebrate their love in the Scottish countryside, away from the hustle and bustle, and are planning to have a relaxed, elegant and fun, country-estate, or barn/ backyard wedding.
I studied the craft of photography at a Bachelor of Arts level in Edinburgh and then did a year of Communications Design at Gray's School of Art . A very long story cut short - photographing humans in love turned out to be my thing. There is something truly special in playing part in such a lovely, happy event as a wedding, and seeing families come together to celebrate love.

Eve is an absolutely fantastic photographer and we are so glad she was available to photograph our wedding day. She was professional, friendly, and easy to get in touch with in the lead up to the day. On the day itself, she made us and all our guests feel completely at ease whilst also ensuring we got all the group photos with minimal fuss and good humour. She took wonderful pictures of the two of us together (we don’t love getting couple photos but Eve was great at making sure we felt totally comfortable and relaxed), as well as candid shots of the little moments throughout the day that we hadn’t seen ourselves.
Eve’s style speaks for itself and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. She sent over a preview gallery a couple of days after the wedding which we weren’t expecting at all, and it was really special looking through them so soon after. Eve has a calming and professional presence, making everyone feel at ease throughout our special day. Communication before and after was great, ensuing every detail was covered.
Despite a very rainy day, Eve captured every moment perfectly and got us into our wellies and up the hills to get the most amazing pictures (and navigated a field full of sheep expertly).
